The Origin
ChangeGuard started with a simple observation: platform teams had every monitoring tool imaginable — metrics, logs, traces, alerts — but still couldn't answer the most basic question before every deploy: "Is it safe to ship this right now?"
The answer was always scattered across 5 dashboards, 3 Slack channels, and someone's gut feeling. After seeing this pattern play out across environments of every size, I decided to build the tool I always wished existed: a single, deterministic safety score that aggregates everything that matters into one number.
That's the Change Safety Confidence score. That's ChangeGuard.
The Founder

Platform engineer turned founder. I built ChangeGuard because I was tired of the deploy-and-pray workflow that every team I worked with accepted as normal. The entire platform — agent, backend, scoring engine, dashboard — is built and operated by me.
ChangeGuard is a member of the NVIDIA Inception and AWS Activate programs.
What We Believe
Deterministic over black box. Every CSC point is explainable. No magic numbers. No opaque AI. You can trace every score change back to a specific signal.
Speed and safety reinforce each other. Teams that deploy with confidence deploy more often. Velocity and reliability aren't tradeoffs.
Read-only by default. ChangeGuard never writes to your cluster. No mutations, no risk. Your infrastructure stays yours.
